Returns

New and unused items sold by Kiwitech International may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned goods, where product is not deemed faulty, must be fit for re-sale and show no signs of wear or tear and be packaged safely for shipping. Where returned product is damaged, is missing parts or unfit for re-sale Kiwitech International Limited will re-value the product and the difference will be deducted from the full amount that was to be refunded.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods, unless Kiwitech International Limited delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If you return a large portion or an entire order due to change of mind or ordering error, and we paid for some or all of the shipping, we may deduct costs from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks from receipt. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return Process

Kiwitech International Limited must be notified before any attempt to return as all returned goods must be accompanied by a Kiwitech International return packing slip.

If items are faulty or damaged Kiwitech International will require visual confirmation through the sending of clear photos/video or video call.

For items dispached in error Kiwitech International will email courier tickets that can be printed on any printer for their return unless other terms are agreed on.
