Polywire and Spools (Reels)

Kiwitech white polywire has great resistance to burnout (6 x 0.2mm stainless) and a tight uniform twist to withstand frequent reeling in and out.
Spools are lightweight (but super tough) and can be hung off fence lines or End Assemblies using Release Hooks.

This div is required to make the 'x ADDED" flash that occurs after an item is added to the cart VIA AJAX

Bare Spool (Reel)

Made from UV stabilized Polycarbonate - plastic with outstanding strength and impact resistance! Spools can hold up to 400m of Kiwitech polywire if using a hand winder and a maximum of 500m with motorised winding (Kiwitech's PowerPac).

Release Hook

Release Hooks have 2 functions: They can be wired to 'let go' of polywire after a series of tugs from the other end of a straight fence (saving time) or they hold Spools off the ground preventing any chance of short outs.
Release Hooks either clip onto steel wires or are wedged onto End Assemblies. When not in use Release Hooks can be stowed in Spool pockets for protection.
